We are looking for an Apprentice for Cybersecurity and Networking,in central southern Italy (reference office Rome) within the DigitalIndustry Division in Process Automation Business Unit who will be trained in 2years asCybersecurity and Networking Promoter.

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive andstate-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills andyou will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

Your Challenge

As Promoter for Cybersecurity and Networking your mission will be the promotionof SIEMENS Digital Connectivity solutions and businessdevelopment in central southern Italy, promoting technical solutions basedon high tech products such as Industrial Ethernet Switches, Routers, IndustrialWLAN and 5G, Cybersecurity solutions, Remote Networks, Identification and Powersupply systems. and support customers to find the best solution based on theirrequirements.

You will work in close contact with sales force to find new customers togrow market share, keep and improve business on existing customers.

Some of themain activities will be:

• Promote Siemens solutions in Digital Connectivity
• Sales support to grow market share and to consolidate the existing customerportfolio
• Analyze the Industrial Networks and Power systems market to find newbusiness opportunities
• Support for introduction of new technologies and solutions (e.g. 5G, IoTConnectivity, Wi-Fi 6, RTLS, Cybersecurity, TSN)
• Show and evaluate technical features of products and solutions in thepresales phase
• Support the sales force in the technical promotion of the DigitalConnectivity and Power solutions
• Establish a detailed knowledge concerning the design of Industrial Networksand Cybersecurity solutions
• Influence the main partners and the customer’s “Decision makers”

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italianapprenticeship contract
• You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background
• ITS Degree;
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to cocreate and  share knowledge
• Eligibility to work in Italy
• Passionate about Cybersecurity and Networking
