We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join this organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes and a team of 50 pax hiring team members.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in leading hiring team, plus point if within semiconductor industry.
- Great stakeholder management skills and people management.
- Dynamic, consultative with strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to design and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Experience with Workday ATS and recruitment software.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Capability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.
- Expertise in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Understanding of employer branding and employee value propositions.
- Experience in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
