Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, promoting technical growth and teamwork.
• Oversee software development projects from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Review design solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Coordinate with product managers, QA, and other stakeholders to align development with business goals.
• Identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of software solutions while maintaining high quality and performance.

Requirements

• Mandarin speakers
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology or any related course.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following IT products and technologies operating system, database, network, security, storage, server, virtualization, cloud computing, big data, and PaaS.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage with customers both at technical and business levels.
• Ability to perform professional sharing, technical guidance, and valuable presentations.
• Experience in leading and managing software engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to deliver software solutions on time and within scope.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and standards.
• Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers and QA.
