An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a global provider of integrated human resources solutions, specializing in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, and consultancy services. We are looking for a Sheet Metal Worker - Aviation Structural Workers to join this organization.

Responsibilities

  • Reading technical drawings and understanding work processes
  • Performing measurements with a high level of accuracy
  • Adjusting, processing, drilling, and installing complex structural items
  • Carrying out corrosion prevention treatment for structural materials
  • Performing structural work in a high-quality and clean manner
  • Working at heights
  • Working at high noise levels
  • Carrying weight
  • Working while standing/kneeling
  • Strict adherence to aviation rules and factory procedures

Requirements

  • Work experience as an aviation structural worker - 3 years' minimum
  • Strong ability to read technical drawings and understand work processes
  • Knowledge of relevant work tools, including the ability to perform measurements with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong ability to adjust, process, drill and install complex structural items
  • Carrying out corrosion prevention treatment for structural materials
  • Ability to perform structural work in a high-quality and clean manner
  • Disciplined, ability to integrate into a team
  • Willingness to work overtime, including Fridays
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Reliability, immediate reporting of any event that occurs during work
