Senior Integration Developer (Boomi)

Job description

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a fast-growing digital product engineering company with a global presence and a team of over 19,000 experts. We are looking for a Senior Integration Developer (Boomi) to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Boomi integrations (Atoms), ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions across diverse applications and databases
• Define and review complex data mapping and transformation approaches, ensuring consistency, performance, and best practices across integration flows
• Lead the design and governance of RESTful APIs and web services, establishing standards for security, scalability, and reuse
• Guide troubleshooting efforts, mentor team members in resolving integration issues, and ensure high availability, performance, and continuous improvement of systems
• Establish and enforce documentation standards, ensuring clear technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and process documentation are maintained
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business analysts to shape technical solutions, align priorities, and drive successful delivery across teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience with Boomi AtomSphere integration processes
• Strong understanding of XML, JSON, SQL, and integration patterns
• Ability to guide and support team members, share knowledge, and help others grow their technical skills through coaching and constructive feedback
• Capacity to make informed technical decisions, take responsibility for outcomes, and lead projects with confidence while balancing trade-offs
• Fluency in English language
