Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) Manager

Job description

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a global provider of integrated human resources solutions, specializing in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, and consultancy services. We are looking for a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) Manager to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Medical Scientific Liaisons, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
• Develop and implement the MSL strategy aligned with medical and business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
• Ensure accurate and compliant communication of scientific and medical information.
• Support the execution of clinical and medical plans, including real-world evidence and clinical studies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory teams.
• Provide strategic scientific insights to internal stakeholders based on field interactions.
• Ensure team compliance with all relevant ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a Medical Scientific Liaison role.
• Leadership exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs function.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and KOL management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Coaching and strategic thinking abilities.
• Fluency in English.

In addition to the salary, the company offers the following benefits

• Salary range for the role 15.000 lei - 17.000 RON/net/month
