Quantity Engineer - Campulung Muscel/ Brașov

Job description

An interesting opportunity to join our client's team at a dynamic civil engineering firm specialising in integrated architecture and design services, using advanced 3D modelling and BIM technology to deliver high-quality projects. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor - Câmpulung Muscel/Braşov Site to join this organisation.

Responsibilities

• Measurement and verification of the quantities of work executed on site, by categories of work
• Preparation of sketches related to the executed works and monitoring their progress throughout the contract
• Calculation of technical consumption and monitoring the evolution of works on site
• Analysis of the technical project documentation (plans, specifications, execution details, etc.)
• Extraction of quantities from plans and preparation of preliminary measurements and work attachments
• Verification of the correspondence between the quantity lists and the works executed on site
• Maintaining the relationship with service providers and the teams involved in the project
• Supporting and justifying technical calculations in relation to the beneficiary or investor

Requirements

• Completed higher education in the field of construction
• Experience in civil and industrial construction is an advantage
• Knowledge of legislation and standards in the field of construction
• Ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic site environment
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Good organisational, analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills
• Resilience to stress and availability for specific site hours
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Results-oriented and adherence to deadlines
• Desire for professional development and willingness to learn 3D modelling and coordination programmes
