An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a staffing and consulting company headquartered in New Jersey, specializing in innovative workforce solutions across various industries. We are looking for a Contact Center Transformation Consulting - Nice CXOne to join this organization.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage project management skills to manage workload and deliverables
  • Apply critical thinking and resource management to solve problems
  • Create valid business cases and manage solution deployment
  • Design and deliver Nice CXOne solutions
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of CCaaS/Conversational AI solutions
  • Integrate Generative AI into customer experience solutions
  • Engage stakeholders to resolve issues and risks
  • Design and develop contact center solutions
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends
  • Apply knowledge of contact center infrastructure and auxiliary systems

Requirements

  • More than 8 years of experience in project management or a technically relevant occupation
  • Experience in the Contact Center or telephony industry
  • Proven record of accomplishment in designing and delivering Nice CXOne solutions
  • Experience leading at least one CCaaS/Conversational AI end-to-end implementation
  • Strong understanding of customer experience processes and operations
  • Experience in integrating Generative AI into customer experience solutions
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues
  • Knowledge of implementing orchestration platforms for Contact Center Solutions
  • Experience in API integrations, Java, and WebServices
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and trends
