Bid Manager - Fit-Out and Design & Build Projects

Job description

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a solution provider for complete Fit-Out services with two decades of experience in the construction market, dedicated to delivering bespoke solutions and value-added services for construction and renovation projects. The company emphasizes innovation and operational excellence in all its endeavors. We are looking for a Bid Manager - Fit-Out and Design & Build Projects to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Composing proper bids according to the client's needs and sales team coordination for our fit-out and design & build projects, in terms of architecture/civil works offers (facades, carpet, walls, baseboard, doors, floors, ceilings, glass, etc)
• Managing the bid & tendering architectural/civil works process and relations with stakeholders involved
• Compiling architectural/civil works commercial offers from subcontrators and tracking their status
• Analyzing project documentation, specifications, datasheets, and technical plans
• Negotiating supplier offers according to internal regulations and make sure there are 3 offers for each scope of works
• Preparing and delivering on-time technical and commercial offers
• Compiling drawn and written documentation for accurate architectural bids
• Processing and sending construction bid-related documentation
• Participating in bidding strategy scenarios for each project
• Attending external and internal trainings related to the company's scope of works and products
• Providing technical comparisons to assist project teams and customers
• Quantity surveying and auditing documentation to ensure synchronization with proposals
• Supporting project teams with cost controlling and order management

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with interior architectural specifications and construction design elements
• Good understanding and/or experience with CRM's and ERP's
• Good command of MS Office
• Basic command of CAD software
• High attention to detail
• Ability to understand projects from technical, design, and financial perspectives
• Goal and results-driven
• Exceptional planning and organizing skills
• Excellent time management and problem-solving attitude

Desired profile
