YOU ARE
Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison’s.
You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.

Workforce Management (WFM) & Insights Intern
YOUR MISSION
· Learn about the pillars of workforce management and their role in promoting operational excellence
· Contribute to building scalable dashboards and advanced reports to measure WFM-related metrics
· Develop and refine forecast models to predict workforce needs, using statistical techniques and predictive analytics
· Assist with developing capacity plans to align staffing levels with business requirements, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative solutions that address key business challenges
YOUR PROFILE
· Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application- Preferably majoring in Data or Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
· Tech Savvy with proficient computer and analytical skills. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms is a bonus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
· Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
· Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visas for summer internships
· Must be aged 18 or older
*Students are responsible for all arrangements of housing and travel

This is a paid internship.
Internship Pay: $20.00
