HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Our European Warehouse in Amsterdam structures three disciplines: Finished Products, Spare Parts and E-commerce. As Team Leader of the E-Com (B2C) warehouse you will play an important role in leading the people and operations. The Warehouse (being supplied directly by central warehouse in Switzerland, plus a few external vendors and reverse flows from boutiques, wholesalers and/or end-customers) is a key hub for European E-commerce operations, therefore directly impacting Richemont sales performance. You will work closely together with the Warehouse Manager, Operations Specialists and the wider Logistics community to sustain the operations in the warehouse. With a focus on the people that underpin the logistics operations.
Key responsibilities:

Responsible for correct staffing and organization in consultation with the Warehouse Manager to meet business requirements.

Includes workload capacity planning and workload execution to optimize resources and ensure SLA targets are consistently met.
·
Responsible for recruiting the correct profile of staff.
·
Manage, motivate, and develop the team by defining and implementing training options for continuous development.
·
Conduct regular performance reviews and drive individual performance development and improvement plans by coaching on the “what” and “how”.
·
Deliver operational KPI’s in line with Richemont and Maison specific policies & guidelines for both physical flows and systems.

Includes checking and following-up on stock integrity, inventories, and managing layout solutions.
·
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly indicators for the team to monitor and improve performance.
·
Support the daily operations by working alongside your team members when needed.
·
Handle any ad-hoc operational requests to the best of your abilities, leading by example.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US
·
Show your passion for people and knowledge of Warehouse operations.
·
Be able to empower, coach, and support your team members.
·
Hold a Higher vocational degree, preferably in Logistics.
·
Possess similar work experience as a Team Leader in an international Warehouse environment.
·
Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French is considered a plus.
·
SAP and MS Office savvy.
·
Hands-on mentality.
·
Flexible and respectful approach.
