The VM Executive will act as the store agency lead, support store design teams in identifying the visual identity of each of our POS and assist the VM Project Manager in ordering all the required VM tools for the network.
VM Implementation: Pre-planning, ordering & Agency coordination
- Manage all VM orders (PLV, Décor, florals, display tools) ensuring accurate forecasting, timely planning and tracking until delivery
- Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers for production, quality checks, quotations and timeline alignment.
- Execute and support all on-site installations across boutiques (windows, hotspots, florals, deco, animations..)
- Conduct post-installation checks and share visual reporting to ensure consistency and highlight areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update VM inventories, ensuring boutiques have adequate stock and replacements when required.
Visual Identity & Boutique Atmosphere:
- Curate and implement visually compelling floral and décor displays that align with the brand codes as he/she enhances overall client experience
- Develop seasonal and thematic design concepts integrating florals and décor throughout our retail network
- Collaborate with local Store Design team and Global VM teams to propose & build a coherent visual identity for new openings & renovations.
- Oversee the maintenance ensuring consistent high quality selections
Procurement, Budget Tracking & Administrative Management
- Manage the full procurement process for VM materials, décor, florals, agency services with accurate documentation and compliance with internal procedures
- Support budget tracking by consolidating quotations, monitoring spend vs forecasts, preparing purchase requests and ensuring all invoices and processed on time
- Maintain organized administrative records including vendor files, delivery schedules, contracts ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders.
