How will you make an impact?
- Provide 1st & 2nd line IT Support for local and remote Watchfinder staff
- Manage support tickets logged to the support system, triaging where appropriate
- Setup new computers & user accounts for staff
- Learn and understand the following Microsoft technologies including but not limited to – Windows 11, Entra , Intune, M365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender & Auto-pilot
- Monitor, manage and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networks]
- Liaise with third parties and suppliers
- Produce & update technical documentation for all systems (hardware and software)
- Occasional out of hours support
How will you experience success with us
- Experience of working in an IT Service Desk environment
- Experience using Microsoft products, including Windows 11, Teams and Outlook
- Ability to demonstrate technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent telephone manner and client facing experience
- Work proactively as an individual and within a team
- Take on responsibility of assigned tasks and helping others when needed
- Able to follow processes and procedures
- Committed to improving technical knowledge, including keeping up with industry trends, new technologies and best practices

1st Stage: Interview with our IT Operations Manager to learn more about your skills, experience, and motivation for the role at Watchfinder.
Final Stage: Face to Face interview with the IT Operations Manager and HR, plus a very basic practical assessment with the team.
