The Health & Safety Department of Richemont Italia is looking for a person who will support in the project related to the implementation of software for the entire management of H&S courses and visits.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? You will support in:
 

• Creation of a profile database based on existing individual certificates;
• Uploading documents (certificates and appointments) to the employee's personal section on the platform – employee profile management;
• Support in continuously updating the database of delivered training and deadlines, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility;
• Secondary: Collaborate in the planning and logistical organization of health and safety training courses (e.g., first aid, fire prevention, general and specific training) – Manage participant registrations and monitor attendance;
• Assist the SPP (Prevention and Protection Service) in the creation, updating, and archiving of health and safety documentation (e.g., appointments, operating procedures, meeting minutes);
• Compilation of appointment forms for all prevention figures;
• Verification, organization, and reminders related to training courses or medical examinations.
