MAIN PURPOSE
In this position the VIE within Cartier Northern Europe, will be primarily in charge of planning and following-up on various Marketing & Communications projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead reports and analysis
· Develop and keep updated local reports
· Fill-in reports requested by HQ
· Support with budget consolidation and monthly split
· Coordinate and support various presentation
· Consolidate strategic plan and business review presentations – working with all departments
· Work on action plan definition and follow-up for each network
· Coordinate presentations for internal meetings (boutique managers meetings, Watch specialist meetings, Monthly meetings, Marcom meetings)
· Support the Marketing & Communication team:
· Prepare & send monthly Marketing & Communication newsletter
· Organize internal and external meetings
· Provide administrative support to marketing, merchandising, PR and communication departments
· Carry out specific transversal projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Master’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
· 1+ year working experience, ideally in Marketing or in the Luxury industry.
· Problem-solver, service and result oriented.
· Ability to work both independently and with a team.
· Innovative, multi-tasking with good interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
· Ability to work in a complex and multicultural environment.
· Strong computer skills with solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.
· Fast-learner, rigorous, conscientious, organized, dynamic, proactive and team player.
· Excellent communication skills in English & German (French is a plus).
ELIGIBILITY TO THE VIE PROGRAM
· Candidates between 18 and 28 years old
· Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA), who have fulfilled their national service obligations
