If so, we would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our team as a VIE Marketing & Communication Business Analyst. The contract lasts 12 months and ideally starts in September 2020 in our Dubai office.



What you will do:



BUILD SALES REPORTS & ANALYZE THE BUSINESS

•Create sales tools and propose deep analysis on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
•Consolidate the data for the Marketing & Communication department, analyze the sales and follow-up the business.
•In charge of all the “overall” marketing reports (including consolidation of LE/BU per network and product line)
•Assist with the sales forecasts for the new product launches.
•Assist in the monthly meetings presentation and reporting.
•Share with HQ monthly sales reports.
•Support the team on ad-hoc analysis



SUPPORT ON STRATEGIC PLAN & AD HOC PRESENTATIONS

•Participate actively to the definition and elaboration of the 3 year plan for Cartier MEIA with exco members (preparation meetings, directions, key recommendations and structuring the different inputs from all departments)
•Prepare and share all accurate analysis (products, Clients, network, trends, currency, stocks…)
•In charge of all key presentations for the Marketing & Com Director or Exco members (central HQ visit / business review / strategic projects overview).



FOLLOW-UP COMMUNICATION BUDGET & SUPPORT ON COMMUNICATION STUDIES

•Elaboration of the communication budget per discipline and in close collaboration with all departments
•Validation and adjustments with central HQ
•LE follow-up on a monthly basis based on Finance statements
•Support on Communication specific studies (campaigns reporting, SOV analysis, …)



FOLLOW-UP COMPETITION & PRICING

•Follow-up competition and build dedicated studies.
•Consolidate competition performances per network, product categories…
•Follow-up on pricing evolution / currency
•Consolidate markets studies / local trends



What you will learn:



·Get a holistic view on how we operate the marketing strategy in the luxury industry
·Understand the luxury market in our region
·Develop your analysis skills
·To take ownership of assigned projects



Who you are :



·Fresh grads from Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
·Excellent written/verbal English language skills along with strong interpersonal and communications skills
·Expert Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
·Good organizational skills - you are on top of your tasks at all times and ensure alignment across all parties.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and high volume workspace
·A analytical thinker who loves to work in an international environment
·A curious mind and highly collaborative



Eligibility to the VIE Program



·Candidates between 18 and 28 years old

·Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA), who have fulfilled their national service obligations
