HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will be the guarantor of excellence in reception and hospitality on our Villars-sur-Glâne (VsG) Campus. Your mission will be to deploy, organize, and supervise reception and hospitality activities. Your role will be key to creating an environment conducive to the development of activities for our residents and external visitors, ensuring a first-class experience.
In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Develop and propose innovative strategies as well as concrete solutions to continuously optimize the experience of Campus residents and visitors.

  • Actively contribute to the design and implementation of animations and events, in line with the Campus's overall strategy.

  • Ensure the monitoring and reporting of service indicators, presenting clear action plans and priorities for Management.

  • Manage the budgetary follow-up of activities and propose adjustments or optimizations for efficient resource allocation.

  • Supervise and manage the reception team daily, guaranteeing operational excellence and quality of service for all Campus users.

  • Collaborate closely with the Facility, Administrative, Security, H&S, and Project departments to ensure an optimal working environment and strengthen inter-service synergies on the VsG Campus.

  • Actively participate in inter-departmental exchanges within the Campus Team and lead monthly and quarterly coordination meetings with various stakeholders, in collaboration with the Event Supervisor.

  • Promote and facilitate the sharing of best practices with partners from the Geneva campuses (CGHH), Bellevue, and the Maisons, as well as with partner companies, in a continuous pursuit of excellence.

  • Manage and transmit administrative documents (invoices, offers) to the relevant department, ensuring strict adherence to current processes and procedures.


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Higher diploma in hospitality or an equivalent field.

  • Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in a general services, hotel, or campus management environment.

  • Proven expertise in administration, organization, and service management, with a deep understanding of hospitality and reception standards.

  • Excellent command of French and English (oral and written). Knowledge of German is a valued plus.

  • Strong customer orientation, with a proactive ability to anticipate, analyze, and respond to needs.

  • Keen sense of organization, planning, and priority management.

  • Autonomy and ability to effectively manage stress in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong team spirit, with proven skills in supervision, delegation, and team leadership.

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Strong interest in new technologies and ability to identify, evaluate, and integrate innovative solutions to optimize processes and/or services.

  • Knowledge of CRM/GRC systems, Microsoft Teams, and Canva would be a significant asset.
