KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales controlling & Reporting
- Provide timely sales comments and analysis to local management and regional HQ.
- Responsible for network monitoring and market analysis.
- Responsible for sales consolidation for market LEs & Bus.
- Responsible for sales closing activities such as deductions, return provisions, review of commissions, review of FOC, credit limit updates, and other related tasks.
- System maintenance
- Centralize system maintenance and FP&A master data management.
- Support the accounting team and provide up-to-date system architecture, including validation matrices.
- Compliance
- Centralize compliance activities for FP&A teams by controlling the effectiveness of existing controls.
- Support local Internal Control System (ICS) teams in FP&A-related controls.
- Financial reporting
- Harmonize reporting to enhance effectiveness.
- Communicate P&L, cost, and performance reporting in a timely manner.
- Establish standard metrics for measuring, reporting, and tracking performance (e.g., productivity and profitability of boutiques).
- Establish standard operating and financial procedures and best practices for supporting brand operations.
- Project management
- Act as an interface between the FP&A team and project providers.
- Lead projects within the FP&A domain, such as Maison integration, data visualization, and other initiatives.
- Support management in the preparation and utilization of new tool integrations.
- Other responsibilities
- Manage team member(s) through direct coaching and guidance.
- Support regional and HQ office counterparts to understand the local market by providing various forms of financial analysis

- Management experience.
- Experience in a financial role covering the full spectrum of Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, and general finance.
- Good communication skills with business partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to professionally manage time and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, and writing).
