KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Assets Management & IT Administration
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including workstations, POS devices, tablets, mobile phones, printers, and peripherals
- Maintain accurate and auditable IT asset records, including allocation, location, warranty, and lifecycle status
- Strategically manage and optimize IT assets to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of maison activities
- Periodically support asset inventory counts and disposal processes in accordance with asset management policies
- Support IT procurement processes and handle invoice processing related to IT administration and projects (e.g., Purchase Order processes, monthly GR/IR processes)
IT Service Coordinator
- Assist the IT Tech Manager (IT service Manager) in day-to-day IT service operations
- Coordinate incident, service request, and problem ticket (ITSM)
- Monitor SLA performance and follow up unresolved issues
- Supports service reviews, reporting, and operation documentation
- Effectively handle escalated incidents and requests from both helpdesk teams and end-users.
Retail IT Systems & Technology Support
- Understand Retail applications such as Gemini templates and coordinate across Business foundation team, Tech and Boutique to reduce L2 escalation
- Support retail on/off-boarding account service
- Enforce consistent IT standards and best practices across all retail locations
- Monitor recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement of retail IT services
IT Project Support and Assistance
- Contribute to the creation, launch, and support of new digital products such as Video/Animation
- Assist in the rollout, upgrade, and stabilization of IT systems and products
Technical Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline
- 3–6 years of experience in IT operations or retail IT environments
- Solid understanding of IT asset management and end-user support
- Experience supporting multi-site retail or distributed environments
- Comfortable working with both internal stakeholders and external partners

- Strong sense of service and operational excellence
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users
- Hands-on mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Sensitivity to luxury retail environment and service standards
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or watchmaking
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and retail systems
- Good communication in spoken and written English
