Then you must be the right person to join us as a “Retail Back Office Controller ” for the Swiss market!

You will be successful in this role by accomplishing the following challenges:

• Be in charge of accounting tasks for the department (bank transfers confirmation, payments reconciliation and clearing, payment lettering for the e-com activity …)
• Perform operational controls over sales and financial transactions of the boutiques you are in charge of among our 12 Maisons
• Be the contact point of the stores for operational processes and controls
• Plan and monitor inventories and related stock movements
• Be involved in different internal projects

Your invaluable skills we are looking for:

• You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Business related disciplines
• A first professional experience (internship incl.) in a finance position (controlling, accounting…) or in the retail industry
• Committed, enthusiastic, flexible, organized and a positive thinker
• Good communication with strong facilitating skills
• You speak French and English fluently . German or Italian is a plus

Who will you be working with?

• You will report to the RBO, ICS & Compliance Manager and will interact with colleagues from very diverse Richemont functions & Maisons on the market
• The position is based in Meyrin with some visits to different cities in Switzerland to support the boutiques
