Job description
How will the successful candidate make an impact? You will:
· Support the training manager in creating the training sessions in the back office and proactively look for feedbacks
· Learn how to use SAP, inserting new suppliers and creating PO codes
· Be responsible for the induction of our Me!App to new hires
· Posting insights on the Community Wall of our Me!App
· Translate the Launch Alert and create subtitles for all the video in our Me!App
· Translate the Newsletter and the Modules on our Me!App
· Use E-vite (online invitation tool) for training sessions with many attendees
· Monitor the budget daily
· Support the Competencies Development Manager during the training sessions
How will you experience success with us?
· Previous experience at Training/HR preferred
· Experience in managing processes and projects with excellent detail coordination
· Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a forward-thinking and a proactive approach
· Ability to effectively interact with senior level managers
· Confident in using MS Office, including good MS Excel
· Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
