What are we expecting from you? 

Reporting to the Talent Director, you will act as a strategic partner to the business by implementing the Talent Acquisition strategy across the MEIAT region (Middle East, India, Turkiye). Your mission will be to ensure a consistent pipeline of top-tier talent, drive a strong employer reputation, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across all touchpoints. To that extent, you will:

 

·  Define and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent across functions and markets
·  Build and nurture a diverse pipeline of candidates to support both current recruitment needs and upcoming opportunities
·  Lead the full recruitment cycle in line with group & Maison standards, champion Emiratization efforts and support initiatives such as Assessment Days
·  Handle ad hoc requests including data reporting and analysis to support TA-related KPIs and decision-making
