You have solid professional experience in Retail Training (global, regional or markets levels) with the ability to lead, build and implement training strategies in a collaborative way, in an international fast-paced environment.

You demonstrate a high command of project management, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have cultivated good listening and communication skills, and the ability to establish and foster strong relationships across the organization at all levels. You possess excellent managerial skills with the aptitude to engage and empower.

Finally, you have developed an accurate organizational strategic mindset, in order to anticipate the mid- and long-term changes of the training function.

This role requires fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

 

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to the International Retail Director of the Maison, you will build a long-term international Retail Training strategy and will develop training programs dedicated to elevate and disseminate retail skills in the Maison, in line with the business ambitions and the identity of the Maison.

 

In this function, you will:

·  Lead a team of over 10 people and support them in the development of their skills.
·  Actively take part in defining, implementing, and embodying the Retail Training strategy. You will drive the content creation and the development of training programs dedicated to upskilling retail offices and boutiques population on specific retail skills.
·  In collaboration with the Learning & Development department, you will relay relevant leadership programs to the targeted population.
·  Work with the Marketing department to build product training related programs.
·  Define guidelines and training principles to support and guide content creation, ensure regional adoption and local use, and oversee training consistency worldwide.
·  Centralize, support and supervise training contents developed by regions & markets to ensure content optimization, relevance, alignment.
·  Define guidelines on how to measure performance, assess trainings ROI at Maison’s level and support regional adoption. You will identify opportunities to develop original content aligned with business needs.
·  Orchestrate train-the-trainer sessions for regional & local trainers on new programs. You will act as a designated training expert for Maison’s other departments and spread the training culture in boutiques as well as the Retail mindset in the Maison.
·  Engage and develop the international retail training community and provide guidance to develop local initiatives.

 

Frequent travel is required for this position.
