Temporary Compensation & Sales Commission Coordinator

Cartier | New York, New York

 

Role Overview

The Temporary Compensation and Sales Commission Coordinator , will be an integral part of the Total Rewards team here at Cartier North America. This role will assist in the monthly commission processing cycle and be a key player in payment entry and validation, data analyzations, auditing, and other commission related processes.

 

Responsibilities

·  Support the total rewards team int the administration of the commercial incentive compensation plan.
·  Extract data from HRIS and compensation systems for employee eligibility for commission processing
·  Upload manual adjustments to compensation systems
·  Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, processes, and controls of all manual processes.
·  Review Payment Reports for accuracy and completeness, escalating any issues prior to disbursement
·  Monitor and organize the monthly commission mailbox for the boutique management teams.  
·  Examine needs and make recommendations for process improvement
·  Partner with IT, IT consulting vendor, HRBP, Finance, Commercial, and Boutique Management for monthly commission processing.
·  Work closely with Sr. Compensation & Commission Analyst and Director of total rewards on compensation and commission processes.

 

Qualifications

·  A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
·  1-2 years of experience serving in an analytical capacity
·  A keen eye for detail and ability to understand where and how to look for errors in large datasets and audit checklists
·  Excel Expertise; SAP and Varicent experience a plus
·  Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality
