Tech Service Analyst

  • IT Asset Management & Administration
  • Manage the lifecycle of IT assets including workstations, POS devices, tablets, mobile phones, printers, and peripherals
  • Maintain accurate asset records including allocation, location, warranty, and lifecycle status
  • Support asset inventory checks and disposal processes in accordance with asset management policies
  • Assist with IT procurement administration including purchase orders, invoice coordination, and GR/IR processes

  • IT Service Coordination
  • Support daily IT service operations and coordinate incident and service request tickets through the ITSM platform
  • Monitor SLA performance and follow up on unresolved issues with relevant support teams
  • Assist with service documentation, reporting, and operational tracking
  • Coordinate escalations between helpdesk teams, vendors, and internal IT teams when required

  • Retail IT Support
  • Support operational issues related to retail applications and boutique technology
  • Assist with retail user onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help ensure consistent IT standards across retail locations
  • Monitor recurring operational issues and support continuous service improvement initiatives

  • Technology & Project Support
  • Assist with rollout and stabilization of retail IT systems and digital tools
  • Support implementation activities for new technology solutions in boutiques
  • Provide operational support during system upgrades or technology changes

Technical Competencies

  • 3–6 years of experience in IT operations, end-user support, or retail IT environments
  • Basic understanding of IT asset lifecycle management
  • Experience supporting multi-site or retail environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems

Business Competencies

  • Strong service-oriented and hands-on operational mindset
  • Reliable and detail-oriented working style
  • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users
  • Strong ownership and accountability in operational tasks
  • Sensitivity to luxury retail service standards
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English
