Known for enthusiasm, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal skills?

You are adaptable and always ready to propose innovative ideas?

Meticulous with excellent priority management skills?

Proficient in the Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint?

You have a genuine passion for the luxury and jewelry sector?

What do we expect from you?

Within the International Retail Operations department, the Retail Operations Intern supports the development and implementation of key retail initiatives while contributing to the operational excellence of our retail teams.

Your main responsibilities will focus on three areas:

Support ongoing Retail Operations initiatives and development of tools/solutions for our retail boutique teams :

- You participate in the implementation of retail initiatives as part of our retail digital transformation.

- You support project managers on various projects to ensure successful deployments.

- You also support the maintenance and enhancement of our digital retail tools and perform user tests on new features.

- You facilitate other departments comprehension on retail digital tools, train other departments on retail portal content creation.

Create and promote operational excellence in boutiques while embracing our Maison’s value of no compromise :

- You support the continuous improvement of our retail processes and procedures and bring new ideas to the table.

- You ensure our boutiques have access to the right tools and content to operate smoothly and efficiently.  

Support local teams across the world in their Retail Operations projects :

- You collaborate closely with our Retail Operations community to provide relevant support in the implementation of projects and boutique tools, able to handle change management.

In order to facilitate your integration, we will offer you training in the history and values of the Maison within the School of Jewelry Arts.
