About the Role
We have a new opportunity for someone to join our dynamic team in our New Flagship Sydney Boutique, in the role of Senior Sales Associate - CRM & Clienteling. You will be entrusted with delivering more than sales, you will be at the forefront of driving the Boutique's success through exceptional Clienteling and CRM execution. You will play a pivotal role in the Senior Sales Team, responsible for elevating every aspect of the client experience in our new Flagship Boutique. Setting the tone when it comes to upholding the Masion's high service standards within a luxury Boutique environment.
How You Will Leave Your Mark at Montblanc
In this role, you will be responsible for boutique sales performance, CRM, Clienteling and assisting with boutique events and activations.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Building and maintaining a portfolio of clients, building relationships and brand loyalty through Clienteling and CRM tools.
· Analyse data to help build and support the Brand and the Boutique CRM strategies.
· Act with entrepreneurial spirit in formulating supporting targeted client activations, networking referrals, Boutique activation and consultation of walk-in clients
· Actively driving sales performance to achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs
· Responsible for mentoring and coaching team members and fostering an environment that enables high performance
· Participate actively in boutique meetings, presenting updates, providing feedback, proposing new ideas and action
· Lead by exceptional example, actively demonstrating behaviors that embody brand values building a positive working environment
· Assist in daily product and inventory management, following boutique compliance
