YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Advisor to deliver a personalized and premium client experience. In this role, you will leverage your expertise with curiosity and humility to connect with clients and build lasting relationships. Your key contribution will be to understand and fulfil client desires and aspirations, making them feel valued and turning them into brand ambassadors. You will report to the Boutique Director, and the expected result is to cultivate client loyalty and drive brand advocacy.
PLAYING YOUR PART
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and unique in-store journey to our clients, providing a friendly and welcoming environment at every touchpoint. You will partner with the Boutique management to support and participate in both in-store and offsite events, expanding our network. Consistently and accurately capturing client data to build lasting relationships is crucial, utilizing available tools and exploring follow-up opportunities. You will strive to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, adhering to retail guidelines at all times. Mastering the key moments of the sales ceremony, engaging customers through thoughtful questions and attentive listening to understand their needs, is essential. You will also handle negotiations and objections with confidence and ease, ensuring a positive client experience, and assist after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values.

· Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
· Flexibility regarding working hours.
