International Media Project Manager Intern (F/H)

 

Full-time internship

Start date : January 2026

Duration : 6 months

Location: Paris 8ème

Level: Master 1 or Master 2

Salary: up to €1,400 gross per month (depending on level of study)

Advantages : 75% of travel expenses covered by the company

Language : French and/or English

WHAT WE OFFER:

 

Within the International Media team, you will participate in the implementation and monitoring of media campaigns on an international scale (PAN Plan). With the support of your manager, you will coordinate this activity with the various partners: media (Mediacom) and creative agencies, media owners, subsidiaries, marketing and communication department.

 

You will perform the following tasks:

 

ONLINE: DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS MANAGEMENT 

 

·  Participation in the preparation of media briefs
·  Preparation of assets brief and management of the follow-up for assets delivery to media partners 
·  Preparation of all the needed elements for posting online campaigns (tracking file, campaign name, etc.)
·  Validation of preview links
·  Tracking and optimization of campaigns with the agency 
·  Preparation and monitoring of campaign reports in collaboration with the media agency

 

OFFLINE: PRINT & OOH CAMPAIGNS MANAGEMENT

 

·  Preparation of assets briefs, tracking and managing the asset production schedule to ensure timely delivery of the elements to our media partners. 
·  Validation of press plans with your manager on a quarterly basis
·  Management of creative asset changes for specific OOH sites
·  Management of print archives

 

MEDIA BUYING TOOL MANAGEMENT

 

·  Updating visual references in the media buying tool (Bumblebee) 
·  Following up on updates made by the agency of the media plans using the software

OTHER

 

·  Providing different sorts of reports asked by the management such as competitive analysis – monitoring our key competitors and innovative media moves
·  Organization of team meetings
·  Management of appointments with PAN Plan partners and reports to update the management

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Student in the final year of business school or on a gap year. 

You are meticulous, have good analytical, deductive, project management and communication skills. 

You are also dynamic and responsive, have a team spirit, and want to discover the world of Jewellery & Watches.

Written and spoken fluency in the English language is required.
