You have excellent communication skills in Korean and English.

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

·  Ensure the coordination and preparation of client treatment within the context of an International HJ event / International trip: You will coordinate with regional and HQ team on client treatment requests and needs. You will prepare 1 to 1 treatment around the HJ event in collaboration with the client treatment agency and partners and when hosted, you will include the welcome of foreign clients during local events.
·  Plan and manage the client treatment in the context of a local event / animation / initiative: You will coordinate the local treatment planning in collaboration with local counterparts and prepare and coordinate the local client animations with event team. You will support boutiques in designing and implementing 1 to 1 treatment and collaborate with boutique staff to ensure seamless execution of all in-boutique client experience initiatives and provide necessary training. You will monitor client feedback on in-boutique experiences and make adjustments as needed and build external partnerships & vendors to improve treatment levels and monitor competition. You will also manage F&B selection in boutiques, in line with Maison guidelines, quality and service.
·  Client Gifting: You will ensure the right application of gifting guidelines, escalate local needs, coordinate orders and operational deployment of gifting campaigns. You will track the effectiveness of gifting initiatives and ROI and report all gifting campaigns. You will ensure all client-facing tools are up-to-date, delivered in a timely manner, control quality and regularly monitor, collect feedback from boutiques and communicate with region and agency.
