Within the Retail L3 IT team, and reporting to the BTQ Operations & Order Management Tech Lead, the Senior Retail Product Specialist will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative solutions for our boutiques. This includes supporting our production system, contributing to the establishment of new boutiques, and leading project management initiatives. The role leverages deep retail expertise to elevate the customer experience, enhance our existing IT template, and envision future-forward solutions.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a Senior Retail Product Specialist, you will be in charge of:
· Support - Retail specific hot skill tickets 50%
· Resolving complex, retail-specific tickets (e.g., POS, Infrastructure) escalated from our dedicated offshore support team
· Consistently meeting committed resolution dates to ensure seamless business operations and minimize disruption
· Thoroughly investigating issues to provide comprehensive analysis before escalating to development or other relevant teams
Managing post-go-live activities and providing hypercare support to ensure smooth transitions and optimal system performance
· Project Manager - Conducting small projects (ex: Traffic Counting solution rollout in China) 20%
· Taking full ownership of small projects from inception to completion, whether managing the retail component within a larger initiative (e.g., Gemini) or leading a dedicated retail project
· Proactively collaborating with other teams and groups to ensure timely delivery of expected results
· Maintaining transparent communication with team members regarding project activities, potential overlaps, and offering support to colleagues, even on tasks outside the immediate project scope
· Developing comprehensive project plans based on established milestones to proactively mitigate potential delays
· Establishing a robust requirement tracking system with precise fit/gap analysis
· Proactively escalating potential issues that may impact project timelines or budget adherence
· Providing clear and concise project updates to all stakeholders and supervisors
Ensuring strict adherence to all compliance and cybersecurity protocols
· Continuous Innovation 20%
· Driving continuous improvement of the retail template across SAP, Richemont Retail Portal, and POS systems
· BTQ Wave Support / Coordination - Creating/Deploying new BTQs 10%
· Managing configuration and master data for new boutique deployments
· Overseeing retail cutover processes and coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless transitions
· Providing on-site support for new boutiques as needed, identifying and resolving any issues encountered during launch
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
· Proven technical expertise in store operations , particularly within SAP Retail :
· SAP SD : Sales Orders, Pricing, Outputs
· SAP Finance integration
· SAP & POS interface integration
· SAP UI5 and Fiori Launchpad knowledge at functional level
· Stock / Inventory Management (incl. transfers / Goods Receipts)
· POS configuration (nice to have)
· POS GK experience (nice to have)
· You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· You are a team player . Helping others when needed, and keeping them in the loop of the activities that may impact them
· You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trusted relationships within the team and across the organization
· Demonstrated patience and resilience in managing demanding situations, particularly within the fast-paced, 24/7 retail environment
· Project management experience is highly desirable
· Luxury or retail business acumen is a distinct advantage
· Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus
