Job description
How you will create impact:
Workforce Analysis, Planning & Controlling
· Performs workforce analysis, controls, monitors labor spending and provides recommendations to HRBP team and business leaders on workforce and associated cost planning.
· Translates People movement & initiatives into cost implications, providing clear and accurate manpower budget reports to the Finance team on timely basis.
· Tracks and monitors manpower costs development to ensure the manpower plans are met with operation needs and aligned with the approved manpower budget, shares proactive advice to address any potential manpower cost planning issues.
· Collaborates with HR business partnering team to ensure in the HR system, all the Headcount movement and Job Requisition record are timely & correctly recorded.
Reporting & Data Analysis
· Analyzes data and compiles workforce planning performance metrics for Leaders’ review and decisions.
· Supports HR Business Partner team to perform employee compensation data analysis to response to the employee retention needs.
Others
· Being the point of contact for the Local and Regional Rewards team to support the launch of compensation and benefit initiatives.
· Participates in any ad-hoc HR project if required.
How you will experience success with us:
· Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, or equivalent
· You have a minimum of 3 years working experience in costing, financial, business analytics, labor modelling, or C&B analytics.
· Good analytical & modelling skills with strong data sense.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of BI Tools & SQL programming skill are preferable.
· Good understanding of HR functions can be an advantage.
· Ability to prioritize work, solve problems independently and able to work under tight timeline.
· You are a collaborator and able to communicate with various stakeholders and explain concepts accurately yet concisely.
· Self-motivated with a strong growth mindset and learning agility.
