Job description

Based in Tokyo, the Retail Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the commercial and retail teams through seamless operational execution, data accuracy, and project coordination. This role ensures our internal boutiques and partners receive fast, efficient, and accurate service supporting excellence at every step of the retail journey.

 

Retail Operations & Sales Support

·  Process partner orders and retail product allocations in SAP based on commercial plans, ensuring timely shipments and acting as a key liaison for internal boutiques and partners.
·  Coordinate shipments of non-watch items (e.g., straps, buckles, POSM), monitoring delivery schedules and resolving logistical issues.
·  Support logistics for retail events, fairs, and marketing activations, including product consignments and material transfers.
·  Respond promptly and professionally to order, allocation, and shipment-related inquiries from partners.

 

Administrative & Cross-Functional Coordination

·  Manage boutique and POS operational needs (stationery, F&B, maintenance items, PLV, etc.) by handling orders, invoicing, and payments, treating each as a project with timelines and deliverables.
·  Liaise with Richemont Japan functions (logistics, legal, accounting, etc.) to facilitate operations and ensure compliance.
·  Maintain SAP master data and POS accounts with a high level of accuracy to support reporting and system reliability.

   

Reporting & Analytics

·  Support the commercial team with the preparation and distribution of dashboards and reports related to stock, sell-in/sell-out, and KPIs.

 

Requirements & Skills

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
·  High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
·  Proactive and adaptable, with a solution-driven approach.
·  SAP experience and data management knowledge preferred.
·  Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.
