Talent Acquisition Intern - 6 months

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic Talent team. This 6 month internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to supporting talent pool development. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT: 

· 
Provide comprehensive support to the Talent Acquisition team across all recruitment activities 

· 
Efficiently schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews for candidates 

· 
Collaborate with the TA team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience 

· 
Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accurate information on interviews and feedback 

· 
Communicate professionally and maintain strict confidentiality with both internal stakeholders and external candidates 

· 
Administer the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including opening and closing requisitions, candidate communication, and report generation 

· 
Assist in organizing candidate assessment centers under the guidance of the TA Partner 

· 
Support TA Partners in maintaining active and engaged talent pools 

· 
Contribute to projects involving market insights and data analytics 

· 
Support and participate in Talent Acquisition events and activations (both internal and external) 

· 
Provide ad-hoc project support as needed 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Proficient in PC and digital literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams 

· 
Strong motivation to develop a career in HR/Talent Acquisition 

· 
Data-driven with an analytical mindset

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information appropriately 

· 
Flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to take on new projects as required 

· 
Exceptional customer service skills 

· 
Strong team player with a proactive approach to contributing new ideas

Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders; a team player with a sense of humor

Ability to work effectively under time pressure and with various senior managers
