YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Client Advisor to represent Vacheron Constantin, cultivating strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets through exceptional clienteling. You will drive sales and ensure client satisfaction while upholding boutique operational standards (merchandising, stock management). Contribute to a premium brand experience, achieving individual and team sales goals. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in the Maison's success.
PLAYING YOUR PART
You will achieve and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the boutique's overall success. You will cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a role model in clienteling and building lasting connections to generate sales leads. You will develop client strategies based on client typology and network within the Harrods environment to create sales opportunities. You will handle administrative tasks, client follow-ups, and address client inquiries and concerns. You will adhere to internal procedures and corporate guidelines for daily operations, including sales, payments, and after-sales service. You will control inventory quality, ensuring exceptional selling conditions. You will anticipate clients' specific needs, representing the brand with excellence both inside and outside the boutique. You will ensure the highest level of service to after-sales clients, managing complaints and proactively following up on the repair process. As a brand ambassador, you will participate in off-site events and clienteling activities, fostering relationships within the Harrods ecosystem to build brand awareness and recruit new clients.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require:
· Proven experience in luxury retail sales, consistently exceeding targets.
· Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills, with a passion for providing personalized service.
· Strong understanding of the luxury market and Vacheron Constantin's brand values.
· Competence in MS Office package (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP is a plus.
· A passionate, pro-active, enthusiastic, and agile learning approach.
· Ability to multitask and understand priorities.
· Detail-oriented focus in your approach to work.
