HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Operate semi-complex equipment and machines, prioritizing routine tasks to enhance efficiency and adjusting multiple related variables to resolve production issues.
- Execute operational tasks by adhering to established processes, adjusting multiple settings or parameters to meet performance standards.
- Perform simple installation tasks, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete assigned tasks.
- Conduct basic maintenance and repair tasks, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete assigned tasks.
- Perform quality sampling and inspection of products or processes to ensure compliance with standards.
- Adhere to mandatory work instructions, including the use of personal protective equipment, to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.
- Follow mandatory procedures to ensure work is carried out to required quality standards and adheres to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
- Create positive client experiences by interacting courteously and professionally.
- Organize daily work schedule in line with changing priorities.
- Develop and maintain excellent procedural or technical skills through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
- Upper Secondary School education required.
- Basic experience with simple office or operational systems.
- No managerial experience required.
