SALES & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

 

Direct Report:                 Retail Manager ME

Scope:                           Middle East

 

 

The Sales & Operations Executive supports the retail & wholesale functions, ensuring smooth execution of operational and administrative tasks and maintaining operational efficiency, primarily supporting the Gemini Project during preparations, testing, execution in the Middle East.

 

As such, the key responsibilities are:

GEMINI Project support:

·  Monitor locally the data cleansing / preparation activities of Gemini Project
·  Actively lead the cutover preparations from the brand/ Richemont functions
·  Be on top of the planned activities to ensure a smooth Kick-Off like cycle counts, stock labelling, inventories accuracy, Training of the stores team etc.
·  Development of process flow and writing of training materials for new joiners (retail & wholesale), and actively giving feedback with concerned functions during all phases of the project
·  Support the cutover execution, ensure tracking of the activities on the brand/ shared services side to ensure a smooth Go-Live with minimum impact on the boutique’s operations
·  Support the business requirements gathering with the BPO’s & the functional specifications
·  Support the data migration activities & support change management in the region
·  Actively participating in the testing sessions & ensure proper knowledge on the processes and the tools to train the end users
·  Support as the key point of contact for the business users during the stabilization & execute the cutover tasks

 

Sales & Wholesale Admin:

·  Creating, Invoicing and Placing Wholesale Orders & Re-orders
·  Creating new partners / accounts on SAP with accurate information
·  Collecting Product Master data info each season to be Compliant with local regulation in ME
·  Updating the Customer Master data into SAP
·  Ensuring product allocations and tracking of deliveries, follow-ups and resolution of any claims linked to order or delivery
·  Managing return to vendor processes
·  Following any payment issue with Accounting team and editing Credit/ Debit memos
·  Sharing weekly reports with commercial teams and deliveries updates with partner’s supply chain teams  
·  Formalizing and updating business procedures
·  Participating into continuous improvement projects (SAP, RPA, etc…)
·  Working closely with all internal and external customers so as to deliver the best-in class customer service
·  Supporting stores with system admin tasks like vendor creations, extentions, PO creations and GRs confirmations with procurments teams

 

 

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

·  Strong experience in operations, sales administration, and supply chain, ideally in the luxury fashion environment
·  Process oriented, with great sense of intiative, interpersonal and organizational skills
·  Fluent English required, Arabic speakers preferred due to the requirements of the role
·  SAP (SD) and Microsoft Office knowledge
·  Structured, autonomous, hands-on and able to manage priorities and multi-task
