Job description
Main Purpose:
The Sales and Operations Coordinator is one of the pillars of our business and collaborates with stakeholders such as commercial, finance, IT, logistics, marketing, HQ, and external partners.
He/ She is responsible to ensure an efficient and effective flow of product distribution for India.
He/she will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets, and optimization of stocks across channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Order to Cash Cycle:
· • Process monthly orders for our regional partners to ensure timely replenishments: valuable and non-valuables
· • Monitor backorders regularly, and closely follow-up its fulfillment
· • Monitor client payments, credit limits, and payment terms in collaboration with Commercial and Finance
· • Liaise with logistics on ensuring deliveries are done promptly
· • Process Staff sales and purchases
Reverse Logistics:
· • Manage sales returns efficiently, and as per agreed procedures in collaboration with Finance, Commercial, logistics, and partners
Inventory Management:
· • Track target stock fulfillment rates to monitor stock availability across all networks
· • Communicate alerts on the risk of shortages to business, and ensure continuous follow-up with HQ on the upcoming production
· • Perform routine stock re-balancing across the Retail network to improve availability
· • Manage Stock in Consignment, and Stocks for Events in coordination with marketing
· • Manage stock for conditioning materials associated with the valuables
· • Reconciliation of Stock Adjustment report with Finance
· • Assist on yearly physical stock counts in collaboration with regional partners
Distribution and Customer Services:
· • The key point of contact for all the product inquiries from boutique teams, across channels
· • Manage boutique wish lists for out-of-assortment references
· • Manage closely the production and deliveries for special orders
· • Follow-up with CS platform on own stock interventions, and partner repairs
Planning and Assortments:
· • Participate and assist in the demand planning process
· • Monitor boutique assortments, and make recommendations for change where needed
· • Assist in the model stock setting for the country
Master Data Management:
· • Maintain and update the different product pricing in the system, as and when needed
· • Creation of new references in collaboration with HQ and IT
· • Coordinating the creation of new partners across the country
Reporting and Analytics:
· Issues daily Sales reports to provide visibility to the business.
· Maintains daily Stock Report to track fulfilments and follow-up actions.
· Maintains the data integrity of Booster in coordination with the partners.
· Maintains and updates Sell-in and Sell-out Database
· Conducts ad-hoc product analysis, as and when needed by the business.
· Ensure implementation of retailization tools and its adherence in the network
Trade Marketing
· Planning of POS material per boutique/ POS
· Support visual merchandising implementation in coordination with the Trade Controller/merchandiser.
· Develop relevant VM locally in collaboration with region/HQ
