HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
With your exceptional ability in developing and driving client relationships, you will be instrumental in:
· Providing unique and exceptional client experiences inside and outside the boutique
· Cultivating strong client relationships and brand loyalty
· Personally contributing to sales results along with stock & compliance accuracy
· Participating in client events and acting as an Ambassador of the Maison
· Supporting in the set up and closing of the boutique.
· Assisting with special projects when requested, a liaising with other company stakeholders
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

· +3 years previous experience in retail, hospitality or service led roles
· A strong understanding of Luxury Standards
· A service and client focused approach
· Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit.
· Exceptional organization skills, communication skills and detail orientation
· Ability to multi-task and the passion to help others
· Excellent time management skills and an ability to quickly adapt to a fast pace environment
