Job description
How will you make an impact? You will:
· Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during each client interactions, transmitting the vision and values of the Maison
· Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty
· Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative, including the ones related to CRM initiatives
· Deliver excellence in operations: aftersales, VM, inventories etc
How will you experience success with us?
· Have previous experience at the highest levels of luxury in retail, hospitality or events
· Be confident, organized, efficient, with a great attention to detail, result and action-oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset
· Be a supportive team player with excellent interpersonal skills
· Have a solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremony, KPIs, competitors
· Be fluent in English and Italian, additional language will be a plus
