Job description
Main Purpose :
As an operations specialist, he/she efficiently assists the Retail Area Sales Manager in elevating & bring about operational efficiencies within Cartier retail network by ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day retail operations & maximize overall operational efficiency to allow for commercial success and seamless client experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES :
I . Merchandising & Product Assortment :
· Coordinate merchandising efforts to curate the ideal product assortment for existing and upcoming boutiques, enhancing customer appeal & sales performance
· Monitor stock levels and ensure boutiques are properly stocked. Fair share, rebalancing to be monitored
II. Business Analysis :
· Perform all duties of a Business Analyst, delivering comprehensive dashboards and insightful reports to management for data-driven decision-making.
· Prepare market and competition analysis reports to identify improvement areas and implement best practice
III. Boutique operations :
· Oversee day-to-day store operations and enhance store operational efficiency
· Manage uniform allowance for all boutique employees
· On-site support new store opening and preplan store opening procedure
· Cooperate with multi functional department to develop operation systematic procedure
· Develop procedure of preplanning store supplies
· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure store appearance and merchandise meet company standard
· Enhance client repair efficiency in boutique.
