Can you ensure compliance with Maison's & Group's policies and guidelines?

Do you have experience helping manage store stock and are you able to work with boutique operations teams on stock and inventory management?

Are you comfortable working with international teams to solve challenges in our Boutiques?

Are you able to share and implement boutique best practices?

Can you develop effective strategies and action plans for change management and implement them in our boutiques?

Are you able to assume ownership of retail systems, payment solutions, and digital tools in the store?

Can you provide support on operating systems and digital solutions for your colleagues in-store?

This position requires to speak English fluent!

What do we expect from you?

 

The Local Retail Operations Manager (m/f/d) ensures that boutique operations are efficient and in line with Maison’s guidelines. (S)he spends time in the field to support boutique staff in mastering boutique tools / services and applying processes / procedures. (S)he also has a key role in the identification and sharing of boutique best practices.
