You have proven experience in Insights and Data, strong communication, collaboration, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. You are results driven, detail oriented and agile with strong business understanding, and proficient in using MS Office. You master English, and Cantonese and Mandarin would be a plus.

 

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to the Regional Client Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

                 

Deliver accurate and insightful analysis to drive client-centric and data-driven action plans

·  Extract, analyze and visualize client insights and identify opportunities to drive client retention. Partner with client engagement team to monitor initiatives to measure loyalty and desirability
·  Understand market priorities and challenges to provide support from data/insights perspective to add value to their strategic objectives. Collect and consolidate markets' feedback and needs in terms of analysis, dashboards, new KPIs, tools evolutions.
·  Present findings and recommendations to broad audiences and stakeholders

 

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to incorporate client insights into strategic plans

·  Work closely with all departments to understand and answer their needs in terms of 360 Client knowledge (e.g. Retail, Online Retail, Media, Marketing etc.). Support other departments with requested analysis / understanding of Client Data
·  Partner with HQ to develop client studies and pilot new data projects

 

Role of sponsor on data know-how and quality within the Region

·  Monitor data collection and data quality – key representative to evangelize on data matters and execute necessary checks
·  Provide necessary training to market counterparts on tools and systems. Support and accompany markets on implementation of new tools and ways of working–share feedback to take each market’s specifics into account
