[Marketing & Communication Assistant Manager - 1 year Contract Position]

1) Summary of Position

  • Develop brand awareness in Korea.
  • Responsible in marketing, PR, media, event and VM.
  • Monitor and respect the corresponding A&P budget.
  • Best to have client-focused spirit.

2) Activities

PR & Communications

  • Develops and executes the PR & Communication strategy.   
  • Works closely with PR agency to develop & formulate /readjust effective/efficient plans.
  • Proofreads, writes, and distributes press releases
  • Establish strong relationships with key partners (media list).
  • Negotiates best coverage and best position in all channels throughout the year in order to maximize the brand’s media coverage.
  • Maintains and delivers monthly clipping results. Maintains a complete office library.
  • PR photo shooting arrangements
  • Organizes press interviews and manufacture visits for key press partners.
  • Lead activities around annual participation at Watches & Wonders 
  • Celebrity endorsement or product placement opportunities  
  • Measures all relevant PR & Communication KPI’s.

Advertising & Media

  • Co-defines and implements an efficient media plan based on the HQ annual media plan.
  • Continuously revises and adapts media plan with media agency.
  • Increases digital presence to keep up with digital shift trend
  • Tries to negotiate free advertising deals in suitable channels.
  • Measures all relevant ads & media KPI.
  • Website localization

Events

  • Plans and implements brand events & in-store/boutique activations closely working with event agencies
  • Collaboration opportunities with official partner such as Lamborghini and Pirelli
  • High ROI management

Marketing

  • Maximize product launch campaigns based on HQ and local marketing calendars.
  • Local gifts production.
  • Writes and distributes monthly mobile newsletter
  • Implements & monitors the VM waves in the trade & retail network given HQ guidelines.
  • Forecasts, places & monitors annual POS & PLV orders with HQ.

Others  

  • A&P budget management
  • Support long-term training roadmap working with HQ and external training agencies.  
  • Seek for local CSR opportunities
