YOUR MISSION:
As an Executive Legal Assistant, your mission will be to provide essential legal and administrative support to the Richemont Commercial Legal Team, enabling a team of 6 Lawyers to operate efficiently and effectively. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of legal operations and contributing to the team's overall success.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Assisting the Company Secretary with preparing and filing statutory documentation and company changes – including company accounts and director changes using Companies House Webfiling
  • Administering our Company Secretarial Software, Diligent Entities, including adding and supporting new users, entering and monitoring new company data, liaising with Diligent Support for technical queries and liaising with users throughout the business.
  • Assisting the team with organising payment of invoices and updating our invoice filing table.
  • Organising and maintaining logical filing systems, tables and presentations.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Collating, submitting and monitoring expense claims.
  • Proof-reading, comparing and marking up draft legal documentation and preparing originals for signature, including the use of DocuSign.
  • Booking and preparing for meetings.
  • Managing postal arrangements.
  • Setting up new vendors in SAP with the assistance of the accounts department.
  • Supporting the team with general IT queries.
  • Undertaking all administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, ordering stationery etc.
  • Any other reasonable duties that may be required by the Legal Team.


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Prior experience working within a legal department.
  • Proficiency with Diligent Entities Company Secretarial Software or similar company secretarial platforms.
  • Previous experience utilizing SAP.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive team player mindset, with the ability to take initiative and a proven aptitude for problem-solving.
