Are you a good match?
You have a significant experience in executing press activations and photoshoots.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with collaborative ability to drive different stakeholders.
You have knowledge of the local network of influence and is social media savvy.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to Senior Public Relations Manager, in this role you will:
Coordinate daily press activities and support PR action plan
Organise photoshoots, liaising efficiently with marketing, boutiques and security teams for execution, as well as with publications from pitch through to post-shoot follow up.
Attend High Jewellery photoshoots in London, ensuring the Maison is represented to the highest standard and that creations are handled with the utmost care.
Consolidate and analyse print and digital coverage to produce weekly, monthly and annual reports via the DMR tool.
Track and report on photoshoots ROI.
Leverage existing relationships with junior editors and cultivate new contacts with the local junior press community and among stylists.
Educate junior editors on the Maison’s values and convey key messaging and storytelling around our collections.
Pitch stories as identified and agreed with Senior PR Manager.
Support PR activities linked to cultural initiatives (including Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels and the TEFAF art fair).
Provide insights on competitors’ activations, gifting, and best practices that may be relevant to the Maison.
