PR and Media Internship

A passionate dynamic enthusiast who would love to learn more about true luxury and quality of our products. You are currently within your third or final year of studying in the marketing and/or communication field, full-time available and are looking for meaningful work with interesting projects within a well-established company and Maison.
REQUIREMENTS
You are fluent in English and optionally in French. You have optimized skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
You are a team player, sociable, analytical, flexible, proactive and you know how to work under pressure? Then this internship will be your opportunity to develop yourself into the PR and communication expert.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the responsibility of the PR Manager and in collaboration with the PR Coordinator and external PR agencies, you will be assisting in and/or responsible for:
· Monitoring of publications and send editorial reports to HQ on a daily
· Responsible for monthly and trimestrial reports and analyses
· Assist PR agencies by proving tailor made press material
· Coordinate local shootings with our PR stock
· Coordinate distribution and updated PR stock of PR agencies in collaboration with PR Manager and PR Coordinator
· Assist with vendor creations and extensions
· Assist PR Manager with PR strategic presentations
· Assist with organization of PR Events and press trips
Under the responsibility of the Media Project Manager, you will be assisting in and/or responsible for:
· Coordinate the offline activations: from the selection of assets, briefing to the production team to tracking of the final results
· Responsible for reporting and analysis on offline SOV
· Support with online campaigns orchestration and setup with the media agencies
· In charge of online campaigns quality check before going live
· Responsible for consolidating the media agencies report to create post reporting analysis for 360 media campaigns
· Assist Media Project Manager with Media analysis and deck preparation
