HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

In this role, you will collaborate with Maisons, Group Functions, and Regions to develop and implement engaging onboarding workflows, ensuring that each new employee experiences a warm welcome and a strong sense of belonging from day one. You will be responsible for the continued rollout of the current group platform that supports the onboarding experience, serving as a central point of contact between the Maisons, Group Functions, Regions, the HRIS team, and the vendor to customise the onboarding journeys to reflect each entity's unique identity.

In a continuous improvement approach, you’ll also support all entities in reviewing and enhancing their existing workflows. This will involve technical improvement, efficiency assessments, and the update of existing assets.

You’ll be instrumental in animating the onboarding community across the group, facilitating the sharing of best practices and providing regular updates on the platform's evolution.

Furthermore, you will be involved in testing and driving change management as the Group solution integrates with the new HR platform. You will contribute to a seamless migration by anticipating potential issues, documenting and communicating changes, and supporting users throughout the transition.

In parallel you’ll craft a new internal mobility journey, leveraging the new integrated group platform. This initiative aims to build the team's knowledge and experience with the platform, which will become the group's solution in the coming years. Your focus will be on exploring and documenting the platform's capabilities and ensuring the best possible experience for our employees moving within the group.

What you can expect on a typical day with us:

·  Introduce the onboarding journey to a new entity joining the platform
·  Guide the entity in the customisation of their workflow
·  Organise testing phases
·  Align with HRIS on the priorities related to workflow creation and updates
·  Foster the Onboarding community around best practices sharing
·  Analyse key platform metrics to drive continuous improvement
·  Prepare the upcoming integration with the group platform
·  Bring together all stakeholders involved in internal mobility process to craft an engaging journey.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  Extensive Project Management Experience : Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects, demonstrating strong planning, execution, and monitoring skills.
·  Adaptable and People-Centric Approach : A demonstrated ability to easily adapt to evolving environments while maintaining a strong focus on people and their needs.
·  Exceptional Stakeholder Management Skills : Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, influence decision-making, and build consensus across diverse groups.
·  Highly Organized and Autonomous : Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
·  Fluency in English, additional languages proficiency is a plus.
·  Technical Proficiency : Proficient in IT with a good working knowledge of MS Office suite. Experience with Enboarder or Workday is a plus.
