How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Montblanc, you will provide support to the MD & CEO of Montblanc India by ensuring he make the best time of his day, managing his diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments and maintaining all administration tasks. You are able to effectively screen in-coming calls and emails, prepare reports and presentations, book travel, manage expenses & maintain a high level of discretion at all times to confidential information.

How will you experience success with us?

You will be fluent in English and local language dialect with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You hold previous experience working as an Executive Assistant to C-Level executives & have a good understanding of working in a multinational environment. You're a highly flexible person, adaptable to change and agile to manage multiple stakeholders at once.
