Job description

Start of the internship : January 2024

Duration : 6 months

Location of the internship: Paris 8th arrondissement

 

Within the International Media team, you will participate in the Media planning & coordination of the activations for all markets. With the support of your manager, you will closely monitor media activities across the world. You will also be the key referent for creative media coordination, ensuring markets are getting the right assets, at the right time to properly launch the campaigns and implement the Cartier’s media strategy.

 

·  MEDIA PLANNING & COORDINATION

For each campaign:

·  Participate in the building of media guidelines by developing a strong knowledge of Cartier’s collections & campaigns ambition
·  Ensure to carry markets creative needs for impactful activations
·  Assess and synthesize campaign results in order to share learnings to all internal stakeholders

 

·  MEDIA CREATIVE COORDINATION

You will be leading the role of creative coordination, being the main referent for the Cartier creative communication teams and external creative agencies (visuals adaptation & translations).

You will be fully responsible for campaign follow-up at every stage of the process, meaning you will :

·  Prepare a dedicated brief for assets & texts to the HQ creative teams in accordance with media objectives, marketing and markets needs
·  Closely monitor assets delivery with the relative teams to ensure a smooth launch of the campaigns and inform the markets to support them on their campaigns set-up
·  Lead the relationships and exchanges by developing a strong collaboration with the different stakeholders

 

·  MEDIA & LUXURY BENCHMARK
·  Build a regular benchmark of Luxury & Tech activations to enrich our creative briefs

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

You are in the final year of business/communication school or on a gap year.

You are autonomous, curious, meticulous, open-minded, and have good analytical, project management and communication skills.

You are also dynamic and responsive, have a team spirit, and want to discover the world of Jewellery & Watches.

Written and spoken fluency in both English & French languages is mandatory.

You are totally comfortable with excel & powerpoint.
